What I'm Reading: Lisa Frank, The Complex Language of Dolphins, and Tonight's Black Moon

Hello dear friends.  Temps have finally dipped here and I am feeling FALL to the extreme. I've been downing cozy drinks, cooking with pumpkin (check out my insta feed for some recipes!), and had to whip out the long pants or risk freezing my legs off.  And I love it!  Of course now I'm getting all antsy for the holidays, meaning I've pumped out some new inspired designs, too.  The crystal skull below is my tribute to Halloween vibes (and tonight's black moon!), I have a Thanksgiving card on the way, and of course so many returning and new winter holiday designs!

How are you planning on spending the weekend? Any fun plans?  Apple picking? Hikes in the woods? I'd love to hear about it!

Enjoy this week's essential reads and have a super weekend :)

If you're a fan of super-company Ban.do like I am, I highly recommend you follow its founder and creator on social media (her Instagram consistently cracks me up).  Not only is she hilarious, kindof nerdy, totally fashionista and outrageously cool, but she's so relatable as a woman struggling to make her place in the world.  An interview with the one and only Jen Gotch.

There is a Lisa Frank tarot deck.  Hell to the Yes.

I've found myself trying to justify or hide the fact that I'm a HSP (highly sensitive person) in past relationships, but lately I'm all about embracing it, in part because it makes me a better artist...  And this article confirms it.
