What I'm Reading

Happy Friday! Who's recovering from their green beer hangovers? (not this girl--ha!)  Whether you're nursing a headache or just counting down the minutes to the weekend, I've compiled an entire second edition of internet goodies for this week.  As always, I love your comments.  Read through and enjoy!  :)

Charles Darwin's kids doodled all over his first manuscript of “On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life", and they're whimsical, silly, and utterly adorable!

Turns out preschoolers can determine whether abstract art was made by adults or children/monkeys better than you can.

Fashion design for people with disabilities.

Can't decide what to read next? This site will help come up with recommendations for you based upon books and authors you already know you like!

Avoid crowded bars with this app.  Where has this been all my life?!

Words that express joy from around the world that don't exist in English....

...and 16 words that express various feelings of love

An interview with Esperanza Spalding.  If you don't know who she is you are missing out! She is a phenomenal musician and a kickass young woman!

Tea, travel, and books are basically my favorite things EVER.  So I just about flipped when I found these teas inspired by books and travel!

Perhaps this is why I struggle to find joy living in the city??

Have a very happy weekend!
